Data Controller

The managing director, on behalf of Frivind AS, is the data controller for the company's processing of personal information.

Personal Information Stored

Frivind AS stores the following user data to provide the service: Email address, phone number, user id (if provided). Our subcontractors Auth0 or Microsoft might stores the following user data to verify access to the service: Name, email address, password. All data is stored and processed within the EU and handled confidentially.

Collection of Personal Information

We store the personal information you provide on our websites in connection with registration and use of the service, as well as necessary cookies to verify access and enhance the service experience.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

As a general rule, we do not disclose personal information to third parties unless it is necessary to provide the agreed-upon service. To provide the service, we use SaaS from Microsoft Azure and Auth0, and these entities have access to certain personal information.

Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our services. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data about your website usage, including your IP address. This data is sent to Google's servers. Google may share this information with third parties as required by law. By using our website, you agree to Google Analytics processing your data. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Deletion of Personal Information

Some services have a "delete user" button on the user's profile page; if the user uses this, all stored personal data will be deleted from our systems. If such a button is not available, all personal data will be deleted from our systems if the user requests this by emailing post@frivind.no.

Rights of the Data Subject

We process your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and the transfer of your personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. Complaints can be made to the Data Inspectorate about processing that violates the rules.

Data Protection Officer

The managing director serves as the data protection officer for the Frivind service and ensures that the rules of the Personal Data Act regarding the processing of personal information are followed.

All data is processed encrypted and secured according to current standards.
